Following its mandate to be a Free Trade Zone in the 1970s, Batam has long been an investment hotspot for both domestic and international investors. This, when paired with Batam’s very strategic location, within mere minutes from neighboring Singapore and Malaysia, both are very important shipping routes, makes Batam one of the most desirable investment hotspots in the region and in the country itself.

This is made even more compelling for investors given the sheer amount of undeveloped land available on the island. All these have gained the island a massive appeal over the years, with over 1.700 foreign companies and 2.500 expatriates from 38 different countries residing on the island. This alone is more than enough to turn this small island into a thriving port for logistics, traders, industrial complexes, tourism and hospitality.

Founded in 2005 by Ir. Djaja Roeslim, an industry veteran and two-time former Chairman of REI (Real Estate Indonesia) for Batam, PT. Trias Jaya Propertindo is a property developer based in Batam Center.

Observing the low supply of proper quality homes available on the island at that time, Trias was established to address the need for quality homes for consumers around the island. Our first project, BSI Residences, was entirely sold out in a relatively short time, with our subsequent projects rolling out quite quickly following that success.

With our motto of ‘Presenting Quality Property Developments’, we at Trias continually learn from our past projects to improve ourselves and the products that we develop for our consumers.

We have always selected strategic locations as a part of our criteria when choosing a plot of land to begin our developments on. In addition to this, we work hard to maintain strong relationship with government organizations and private banking sectors across the country to facilitate easy access to home ownership for our consumers through mortgage partnering.
